Ray and Gill offer you a warm welcome to Keighley House and we hope that you enjoy your stay with us.

We remind guests that Keighley House is a non-smoking establishment.

A full English Breakfast is served between 9-9.30am, unless notified the night before when an alternative can be arranged.

Early Breakfast can also be arranged. Early morning calls available.

An iron or hairdryer is available on request if required, also spare pillows.

Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10.30am on day of departure. Luggage may be left with us when departing later in the day.

Please remember to leave your keys on day of departure.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Your accommodation is only reserved upon receipt of the deposit, which will cover the first night accommodation.

Balance payment to be made on arrival. Credit and debit cards or cash accepted as payment. No cheques as balance payment accepted on arrival.

If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival, you will only lose your deposit, and no more charges will be made. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, or if you fail to arrive without any prior notification (no-show), we reserve the right to charge you part, or up to the full amount of the holiday cost, payable to the name and card of the person responsible for making the reservation.

If you leave without reporting any damages the damage will be viewed as willful , and photographic evidence shall be taken and the damages will also be reported to the police, and we will pursue the matter to conclusion. We will charge the cost of any damages (for replacement not for repair) to the debit/credit card used to pay the deposit for your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable, except in special circumstances. It is recommended that you take out travel insurance which provides for travel cancellation.
